  • Not at all. I’ll guide you through every step and explain things in simple terms. You just need to share about your work, your values, and what you’d like your website to communicate. I’ll take care of the rest.

  • It’s important to know that the domain (your website’s name, like yourpractice.com) and the website platform (such as Wix or Squarespace) are not included in my design plans.

    These are small, ongoing costs that every website owner has, and they’ll be under your name, so you’ll have full control and ownership.

    • Domain: prices vary depending on the name you choose (usually between $15–30 USD per year).
      I’ll guide you through finding one that fits your practice and your budget.

    Website platform (Wix or Squarespace): this covers your hosting, technical maintenance, and all the tools to keep your site running smoothly. Plans range from about $16–30 USD per month, or you can pay yearly at a lower rate.

    I’ll walk you through each step and help you choose the option that makes the most sense for your needs and budget.

  • I like to start with a friendly first conversation, a simple call where we get to know each other. You can tell me about your practice, your goals, and what you imagine for your website. From there, we create a plan that fits you.

    After that, I’ll send you a Google Form to gather everything I’ll need to bring your project to life. It includes questions about your story, services, approach, and visual preferences, and the option to upload your content, images, and headshots. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you on what to include.

    Once I have your materials:

    1. I design your Mini Branding Kit (colors, fonts, and logo, if needed) and send it for review.

    2. After your approval, I will work on the website content (copywriting) — the words that describe your work clearly and warmly.

    3. Then comes the design phase, where everything comes together visually. You’ll get to review it and request adjustments before launch.

    When everything feels right, we’ll publish your site.

  • That’s great! If you have a branding kit, just send it to me, and I can work with that. Just make sure your logo is in .ai or .svg format so I can pull out different sizes and resolutions. 

  • Translating a website, even when we all have ChatGPT and other AI tools, is not as easy as it sounds. Yes, the AI will translate it, and you can use the best prompts to make it sound natural. But the context of every part of your website needs a different communication structure depending on the language and your target audience. And believe me, it will take more time than you think. 

  • Yes, you can! Just let me know whenever you are ready, and we can start the project of translation. The price will be set according to the plan you previously chose or with the content of your website (if you added more).

  • I do. I have 2 payment options:

    • 2 Installments: (Beginning - Launch)

    • 3 installments: (Beginning - Middle of the project - Launch)

  • I take PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or BofA money transfer.
